Subscriptions automatically renew based on the delivery interval you choose at checkout.

Once your subscription renews successfully, your payment method will be charged and your products will ship automatically. There is no need to place a new order each time.

For example, if you choose a monthly subscription, you will be charged once per month and your products will be delivered monthly.

At this time, subscriptions are available on all 50 gram sizes of mica pigments and all pigment pastes

Discount codes cannot be applied on top of subscription pricing.

If your cart includes both subscription and non-subscription items, any discount code you enter will apply only to the non-subscription items in your cart.

Yes. You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal.

You can access the customer portal using the secure link sent to your email after placing your first subscription order, or by logging into your store account.

Yes. You can edit your subscription at any time in the customer portal.

From there, you can add products, remove products, or swap items by clicking the Edit button on your subscription.

You can manage upcoming deliveries in the customer portal.

Each scheduled delivery includes options to:

  • Skip a payment

  • Reschedule the delivery date

Changes take effect immediately once saved.

If a renewal payment fails, you will receive an email with a secure link to update your payment method.

Once your payment information is updated, the subscription will resume normally.

Subscriptions start with 10% off for your first 5 renewals.

After your fifth successful renewal, your subscription automatically upgrades to 15% off for all future renewals of the subscription.

No action is needed on your end. The increased discount is applied automatically as long as your subscription remains active.

Not at all. Subscriptions are optional, and all eligible products can still be purchased as a one-time order.
