This listing is for a wine bottle shaped charcuterie mold or cheese board mold.

This listing features an optional precision laser-cut acrylic router template, designed to be the simplest, most accurate, and repeatable solution for shaping wood or wood-resin pieces into charcuterie boards, serving trays, handles, functional art, and more.

These versatile templates allow you to either trace the pattern for rough-cutting or use them directly with a flush trim router bit for clean, precise shaping. It's an essential woodworking tool that streamlines your workflow, reducing production time while maintaining accuracy and consistency.

The final cut template allows you to take your casting out of the mold and flush trim any resin that seeped around the wood. This speeds up production time and reduces post sanding work.

We suggest using mold release to extend the life of your silicone mold. It is not needed, it is recommended. We suggest Ease Release 200. Please note that mold release does affect the surface finish by removing the glossy surface on the mold. It will make the mold surface finish satin/matte which directly transfers to your casting.

Our silicone molds cure to a strong platinum rubber which is tear resistant and exhibits very low long-term shrinkage. Our molds will last a long time in your mold library and are good for resin, concrete, wax, gypsum and other materials. The molds are heat resistant up to 450 degrees Fahrenheit or 232 degrees Centigrade. They are suitable for casting low temperature melt metal alloys.

SILICONE MOLD CARE INSTRUCTIONS

• DON’T TOUCH the inside shiny part of the mold. This will cause permanent scuffs that will show in your final cast.
• Use scotch tape to gently clean the mold. Tap the spot lightly where there are loose particles.
• USE EXTREME CAUTION when using a torch/heat gun to pop bubbles in the resin. It may rip the mold upon demolding your fully cured resin. Instead try a mist of alcohol over the resin.
• Make sure the resin is fully cured. Uncured resin may rip the mold.
• Please follow all safety precautions when using resin. It is very toxic.
