We take pride in crafting high-quality silicone molds and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is a manufacturing defect or an issue on our end, we will promptly address and resolve it.

Cancellations are accepted only if requested before the mold is made—once production begins, orders cannot be canceled.
